We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Test Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Agile DevOps team, you will be responsible for providing test automation support to our mission-critical systems.

As a Principal Test Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including software development, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Python and other programming languages
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
  • Providing test automation support to our mission-critical systems
  • Developing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Identifying and reporting defects and issues

Requirements for this role include:

  • Significant experience in test automation using Python and other programming languages
  • Experience working in an Agile DevOps environment
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • BS degree with 12 or more years of prior relevant experience or Master's 6 or more years of prior relevant experience

Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS environments, administration of MS Windows Server or Linux environments, and review of output of CI jobs.
