Principal Systems Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at HYE Recruiting. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert and principal systems architect for System Engineering, performing analysis to assess compliance throughout the system development cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive indentured frameworks of requirements for use as performance, design, interface, support, production, cost, and test criteria.
- Perform technical coordination, direction, review, and status of complete System Engineering work packages on advanced projects.
- Conduct trade studies for development and optimization of system concepts and architectures in support of new and existing programs.
- Support proposals, development, define, and develop scope of work and engineering concepts.
- Perform simulation verification testing and analysis to conduct and maintain evaluations of total weapon system effectiveness.
- Lead system design reviews to ensure balance of system definition and design incorporating requirements for system elements (subsystems, software, test and analysis tools, support equipment, facilities, and operational).
- Achieve technical, program/system requirements, and customer compliance milestones throughout the product development cycle.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in System Engineering (MBSE a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Missile (or Guided Projectile) Design & Development.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or University in Engineering (Master's a plus).
- Must be a US Citizen and have active US Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
