Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team at PSG Global Solutions. As a Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our documentation processes.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and maintaining quality documents, including SOPs, guidelines, and validation master plans, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective documentation processes that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Editing and maintaining quality documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Developing and implementing effective documentation processes
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless documentation processes
- Providing training and support to colleagues on documentation processes
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- 2 years of experience in document and/or records management
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
