Key Responsibilities
  • **Store Operations:** In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing the sales floor, inventory, and customer service.
  • **Team Leadership:** You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • **Sales and Merchandising:** You will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales and merchandising strategies, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales promotions.
  • **Customer Service:** You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our store.
  • **Inventory Management:** You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • **Loss Prevention:** You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure store environment, including preventing and investigating theft and shrinkage.
  • **Reporting and Analysis:** You will provide regular sales and operational reports to the Store Manager and District Manager, analyzing sales trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
  • **Experience:** 2+ years of retail management experience, including sales floor management, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
