About the RoleThis entry-level position provides an opportunity to develop existing and attract new business while delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction. As a customer-first mindset professional, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional standard of customer service, answering queries and questions, completing the basic sales cycle, and maintaining up-to-date policy knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and maintain a positive and uplifting mindset.
- Sales Cycle Completion: Generate new sales accounts, increase customer retention through sales-based interactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work well in a team setting, collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, and demonstrate a disciplined work ethic.
- No previous experience is required, as full hands-on training will be provided.
- Friendly, professional, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
