About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to join our team at All Care Therapies. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase awareness, patient acquisition, and retention for our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing and Brand Management: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
  • Website Management and Optimization: Manage the organization's website and ensure it is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM: Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization, and leverage CRM software to track patient journey and campaign effectiveness.
  • Patient Engagement and Retention: Design and execute patient engagement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty, and develop targeted communication plans to address patient needs and enhance their overall experience.
  • Brand Identity and Reputation Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships: Plan and execute community engagement activities to build relationships and increase brand visibility, and develop partnerships with local organizations to support business objectives.
  • Public Relations and Crisis Communication: Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication, to maintain a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and videos, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Marketing Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and ROI for senior management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient engagement and retention strategies, familiarity with healthcare analytics and data-driven decision-making, and certification in healthcare marketing or related areas.
