Job Title: External Sales Lead

We are seeking a skilled External Sales Lead to join our team at Hayes Agencies. This role involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, as well as prospecting and contacting potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and setting follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation and sales of company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospecting and contacting potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Achievement of sales targets by the designated deadline
  • Resolution of customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Setting follow-up appointments with customers to maintain relationships and inform them of new developments

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$100,000 per year, based on performance-based commission. In addition to a competitive salary, our Field Directors also receive advanced pay schedules, leadership and management positions available, leads to existing clients with more insurance needs, stock options, and lifetime renewal income vested for life after five years.
