Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for each territory in the region
  • Manage relationships with distribution chains, corporate accounts, end users, electrical contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Lead employee and sales representative training on product knowledge and sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced knowledge of the lighting industry
