  • Conduct individual coaching sessions with leaders to help them achieve their goals and develop their leadership skills.
  • Provide a trusting and secure environment for leaders to share their challenges and aspirations.
  • Help leaders develop realistic and effective action plans for leadership growth and development.
  • Encourage employee self-discovery and elicit employee-generated solutions and strategies.
  • Assist employees with identifying, clarifying, and creating individualized goals and action plans.
  • Hold employees responsible and accountable for their progress and success.
  • Assess and measure the success of individualized goals and recommend next steps as appropriate.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and Employee Experience teammates.
  • Develop coaching curriculum and leadership development programs at all levels.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and an ICF Executive Coaching Certification or equivalent associate level Executive Coaching Certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an organizational or leadership coach.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Highest level of ethical responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Strong customer focus, approachable, patient, and empathetic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of NYCM leadership expectations and corporate objectives.
  • Ability to handle high-level difficult conversations and think quickly.
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, effectively prioritizing competing tasks from a variety of sources.
  • Independent thinker with sound judgment, who knows when to escalate issues.
  • A growth mindset.

Payband 9 / 40 hours per week / Hybrid - 3 days in office

Salary Range: $100,000 - $172,000
