Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Coffee Route Driver to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering products and services to our clients in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products and services to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment.
  • Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines as needed.
  • Ensure that all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product are accurately accounted for.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with District procedures.
  • Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times and perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
