Job Summary:

Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board is seeking a highly skilled Office Associate IV to support our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and electronic
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform various clerical tasks, including typing, copying, and scanning
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of clerical/secretarial experience in an office setting
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
