Administrative Support Specialist

Alutiiq Career Ventures LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk III to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing office calendars, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare communications, including arranging meetings and appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Compile and record production data for industrial establishments, comparing records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production using computerized devices and software.
- Design and maintain various electronic filing systems.
- Prepare written work schedules and project calendars based on established guidelines and priorities.
- Prepare monthly progress reports of tasks in process/completed.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager scheduling data, status-to-date, and process controls.
- Act as the communications center and dispatch for work order trades and professional staff via phone and email.
- Create, maintain files of documents and reports used and prepared.
- Track the purchase and usage of hazardous materials and chemical in LaRC's Chemical Material Tracking System (CMTS).
- Places orders for gasoline and diesel deliveries.
- Perform trainings as required.
- Assist with various access requests.
- Assist with various tracking systems and permits.
- Assist with research of pricings for different work orders.
- Ability to use basic office equipment (computer, phone, printer/scanner).
- A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
- Excellent written, listening, and oral communication skills.
- Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft applications.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be a US Citizen.

The pay range information provided is a general guideline. The pay rate offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as geographic locations, market data, and other business considerations, as permitted by law.
