Position Summary

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing all maintenance activities to ensure the safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing and repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of maintenance calendars.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager with planning and scheduling of facility shutdowns.
  • Support equipment qualification and assessment processes.
  • Ensure that all permits and calibrations are current and well-organized.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment asset numbers.
  • Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of the facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Room Clerk to identify and procure necessary parts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule

This role typically requires a commitment of 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience

An Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
