The Asset Servicing group is comprised of multiple service teams that service over 1,400 client-appointed investment manager relationships and over 400 self-managed client relationships in North America.

The Client Service Representative (Rep) acts as the primary point of contact for our investment manager and client relationships on domestic trade communication and settlement issues, international trade communication and settlement issues, and foreign exchange execution.

The Rep monitors daily activity of portfolios and is responsible for daily cash management for international portfolios.

In this fast-paced environment, the Rep will develop time-management and analytical skills to successfully navigate the organization and utilize proprietary tools, resources, and applications to resolve inquiries and time-sensitive issues.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for investment management firms on domestic and/or international trade communication and settlement issues relating to client accounts, responsible for daily cash management of multiple currencies for international portfolios, and determining appropriate cash management action to take.

The Rep will also initiate foreign exchange and call account activity for client accounts, coordinate daily with investment managers regarding client account activities, and work in a flexible and collaborative work culture.

A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience in financial services is preferred.
