We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at Lucky Brand in California. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, values, and mission to our customers.



Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:

  • Engage with customers to create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Exceed sales goals by executing our sales strategy and sharing product knowledge with customers.
  • Build relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and retention.
  • Assist with daily store tasks, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Model our company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move product and fixtures up to 50 pounds, as needed.


We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.28, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, and a generous employee discount program.
