Building Engineer II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer II to join our team at C&W Services. As a Building Engineer II, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial buildings and facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and building occupants, responding promptly to requests and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
