Building Operations Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Licensed Building Engineer to join our team at C&W Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building operating systems, ensuring the safety and comfort of our tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including air handling units, water pumping systems, and cooling plants.
- Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on building systems, including lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, and replacement of consumable parts.
- Respond to tenant requests and concerns related to safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental needs.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records, and coordinate with contractors and management as needed.
- Assist in snow and ice clearing operations, and maintain organized building files.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building operations engineering.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
- Proficient computer and email skills.
- Ability to complete required safety classes.
