About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Mechanical Technician to join our team at Georgia-Pacific. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance functions, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance functions, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and principles
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
