  • Facilities Maintenance: Operate and maintain the facilities water room, perform mechanical in-house repairs, and conduct routine equipment repair and building upgrades.
  • Multi-Skilled Trades: Perform work in various maintenance trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
  • Chemical Handling: Safely handle chemicals and operate equipment in a team environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum four or more years' relevant experience in the maintenance trades.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Formal knowledge in specialized fields, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting processes. Basic computer skills and ability to use time and resources effectively.
