Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatic controls and hydraulic systems.
- Work independently to perform preventative maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting machines.
- Collaborate with production processes to provide technical advice and coordinate modifications to existing equipment.
- Install and debug complex CNC control systems using advanced techniques and diagnostic equipment.
- Requisition parts and materials as directed.
- Work from electrical/mechanical drawings, schematics, or diagnostic software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
