About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Customer Service Representative to join our team at illumifin. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including long term care insurance policy owners and financial representatives of insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and correspondence using our proprietary tools and office processes.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and suggest innovative ideas for enhancement.
  • Handle multiple products and services while meeting established service requirements and standards.
  • Act with a sense of urgency and take ownership of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and involve leadership when necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of life and health products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good attendance and reliability.
