As a Customer Service Representative at Dahl Chevrolet Buick GMC, you will engage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you possess a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service, this position is ideal for you. Your responsibilities will include welcoming service customers as they arrive and guiding them through their vehicle maintenance and repair processes. You will be rewarded for your outstanding customer service and sales abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers as they enter our comfortable service area.
  • Listen attentively to customers to accurately identify their service needs or concerns.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary information to complete vehicle services effectively.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service appointments.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores that meet or exceed company standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and organized demeanor.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage others.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Track record of achieving positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
