Job Title: Business Development Sales Representative

Benedict Sales & Service is seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to grow our service agreement portfolio in the La Crosse, WI and Winona, MN areas. As a family-owned business, we take pride in our reputation for reliability, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Expand service sales portfolio by selling agreements to existing service customers.
  • Collaborate with potential clients to understand their service maintenance needs and preferences.
  • Present the benefits and features of service agreements to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of HVAC-R and food service equipment systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate company products and services.
