Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Content Creator who will actively engage with consumers and audiences, identify trends and insights, and consistently analyze competitors' social media activities. This position will provide top-tier recommendations to our client's brand team while collaborating with internal colleagues and key client stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor, and refine content across various social platforms.

The Content Creator will embody the brand's voice, oversee conversations, publish content, and manage the daily operations of diverse social initiatives. This role will interpret briefs and ensure timely project completion for digital dissemination.   • Creating and executing community strategies focused on engagement and growth.
  • Tracking relevant community data metrics and developing monthly reports to highlight key insights.
  • Staying informed on the latest social trends and tools, contributing fresh ideas for their application.
  • Crafting engaging content across various tones of voice.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end design process for target audience engagement.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet design and production standards.
  • Adapting and optimizing assets according to social media best practices while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Presenting creative solutions aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Managing the preparation of all final files to comply with output specifications.
  • Creating timely and culturally relevant content tailored for specific platforms and audiences.
  • Acting as the brand guardian to ensure all outputs align with client brand guidelines.
  • Utilizing the brand's voice to engage with the user community.
  • Developing a comprehensive social media content calendar.
  • Reposting paid advertising and influencer content on owned channels.
  • Monitoring social interactions and collaborating with the Consumer Response Center (CRC) for escalated consumer inquiries.
  • Providing and receiving feedback, iterating designs in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications for Success:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management.
  • 4+ years of digital design experience in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency setting.
  • Proficiency in using analytical and social listening tools for reporting and insights gathering.
  • Experience in growing and engaging communities, building a substantial follower base on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • A passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications.
  • Proactive planning and leadership in creative community initiatives.
  • Practical knowledge of managing social media channels and their nuances.
  • A desire to learn and explore new trends within the social landscape.
  • Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks for optimal productivity.
  • Understanding of integration with client-side teams while maintaining top-tier agency service.
  • Ability to comprehend consumer experiences with client products, services, and promotions.
