  • Manage SMS communications and collaborate with IT staff to optimize project management tools.
  • Research and suggest competitive digital products, identifying key characteristics, distribution, pricing, and advertising opportunities.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and staff to move digital requests forward.
  • Help maintain departmental digital budget and stay up-to-date with industry trends through professional development opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Bonterra.
  • CMS platform experience, particularly with WordPress.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and punctuation skills.
  • Experience with all social media channels and strategies.
  • Experience with email services, such as MailChimp.
  • Ability to understand and analyze analytics related to email and social media.
  • Adherence to brand standards, including agency voice.
  • Creative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Trello, Monday, Asana, and/or other similar platforms.
