- Plan and coordinate daily operations, developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from the public and building strong relationships within the community.
- Organize and prioritize work assignments to meet operational objectives efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager on budgetary and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive policies for the assigned programs.
- Manage financial aspects, including budget recommendations for staffing and equipment needs.
- Monitor inventory and prepare reports on program activities.
- Handle complaints regarding code violations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and practices related to construction and inspection.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in construction management, including supervisory roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
