Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in construction management, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks and work in various environmental conditions. The supervisor must be adaptable to changing work schedules and be available for emergency situations as needed.
