Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for coordinating with the Lodge Manager to execute all work assignments in the front desk department and ensuring that organization, communication, and accuracy of operations are consistent with the overall company objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing direct supervisory support to the Front Desk team
- Becoming an expert in the property management system and training the front desk team members
- Processing reservations, requests, company correspondence, and office procedures
- Handling and overseeing additional reservation bookings
- Promptly handling phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Providing exceptional customer service and developing procedures to ensure high service standards
- Supporting and leading the team with respect to both computers and people
- Meeting tight deadlines for email, telephone inquiries, and guest inquiries
- Working shifts on the 24-hour desk
Requirements
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office and with a computer
- Experience with Innfinity preferred, experience with any hotel management program required
- 2 years of experience working front desk in a hotel or remote camp environment
- Must be detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and positive
- Must work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be very proficient in the Spanish and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be a skilled problem solver
