Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist/Cashier to join our team at the Sewell Family of Companies. As a Receptionist/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Greet customers at the front desk/cashier counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, answer and transfer calls, and provide clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments.
  • Customer Service: Compute customer bills, receive customer cash, checks, and credit card payments, and issue accurate receipts to customers.
  • Vehicle Management: Track vehicles by recording customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Valet Services: Drive customers to their homes or place of business or deliver vehicles to guests as needed.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members and guests.
  • Strong communication skills, accountability, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily.
