Position Overview

At Autonomous Behavior Solutions LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home and school-based ABA services. We are seeking a committed individual to deliver personalized support to clients diagnosed with Autism and related conditions.

As an Autism Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing Behavior Intervention Plans developed by certified behavior analysts and clinical supervisors.
  • Supporting clients and their families in achieving all facets of the behavioral program.
  • Implementing strategies to help children reach their maximum potential.
  • Collecting, documenting, and analyzing data on client progress.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to provide feedback and support for client development.
  • Engaging in continuous training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Availability for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week for part-time roles, with additional hours for full-time positions.
  • Residence in the surrounding metropolitan area is essential.
  • Enthusiastic individuals eager to assist and mentor children and families.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Successful completion of a TB test and a criminal background check is necessary.
  • Ability to manage interactions with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Physical capability to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining mobility.
