Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and quick-thinking Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise direct staff and develop individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child's needs.
  • Implement behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET) is highly desirable.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and provide parent training.
  • Write quarterly progress reports and interact with funding source contacts.
  • Provide ongoing and new hire training.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with Autism using ABA methods.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
