SUMMARY:
The role involves gathering financial information essential for maintaining accurate accounting records through various responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organizes and categorizes documents, including invoices and checks, to substantiate financial transactions.
  • Confirms and records details of financial activities, such as funds received and disbursed, while ensuring account totals are accurate.
  • Calculates and documents charges, refunds, costs associated with lost or damaged goods, shipping fees, etc.
  • Generates vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and ensures a tidy workspace.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
