Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Social Worker to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. as a Behavioral Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients in the Washington, DC area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Supervise direct care workers and document supervision
  • Approve encounter notes within 48 hours
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and link families to appropriate services
  • Work with the Clinical Director and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Meet productivity requirements and complete Relias trainings
Requirements
  • Current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Washington, DC
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
