Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with the Land Manager, Project Manager, and Client Representatives, providing updates on land progress and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Identify and mitigate negative trends and issues, implementing solutions to enhance overall project performance.
  • Orient new Land personnel to project policies and procedures, assigning tasks and ensuring proper documentation practices.
  • Monitor the performance of Land personnel, providing guidance and support to foster a productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, identifying any changes in scope, schedule, or budget, and documenting necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee Title/Records Search processes, ensuring accurate analysis and documentation.
  • Guide the securing of permits and licenses, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Supervise Land information management, reviewing documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Land Representatives regarding land values and negotiation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including status reports and project records, ensuring proper transfer to clients upon project completion.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for personnel and manage their release upon completion of duties.
  • Adhere to the project Safety Plan.

Qualifications:
This role reports to the Land Manager and requires a strong understanding of project Land policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate Degree in business administration or a related field.
  • IRWA membership and completed coursework; Real Estate Licenses are a plus.
  • A valid Driver's License.

Professional Experience:
Candidates should have:

  • Extensive Land experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Land Database Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Physical Requirements:
The role may require lifting up to 35 pounds and involves standard office duties.
