Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and effectively present information about housing options to encourage applications.
  • Negotiate offers and clearly explain related documentation to prospective homeowners, ensuring compliance with relevant laws to optimize housing occupancy.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial contact through to post-move-in support, documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, local community insights, and market demographics.
  • Regularly record data and prepare timely reports for the company.
  • Coordinate property showings for interested buyers.
  • Adhere to all organizational systems, policies, and procedures, seeking guidance when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of high sales performance, with a competitive mindset and a strong desire for success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Experience in commission-based sales is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Texas Real Estate License is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience is required; experience in new home sales is not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
