Solar Sales Consultant RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating new customers within the Dallas-Fort Worth residential market.
Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers in residential neighborhoods to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Attend regular team meetings to stay connected with your colleagues.
- Provide exceptional customer service through every interaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by following weekly key performance indicators.
- Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to enhance your sales skills and solar knowledge.
- Manage customer accounts with professionalism and promptness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your team leaders.
- Availability for evening and Saturday work, if necessary.
- Full-time opportunity with a flexible schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred).
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone (iOS preferred) are required.
- Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential. Average yearly earnings between $100,000-$250,000+, depending on experience.
