Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Empower. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our AWS-hosted application servers, diagnosing issues, and providing project plans. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Business Intelligence applications on AWS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Train and mentor technical support teams on standards, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Implement container security policies and procedures, ensuring IT environment security and audit compliance.
  • Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines along with development and governance teams, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Monitor application and server performance using tools like AWS CloudWatch, AppDynamics, or Splunk, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence applications (SAP Business Objects, Tableau, SAS Viya).
  • 3+ years of managing Cloud environments (preferably AWS) and 2+ years in DevOps.
  • Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for scalability and cost-efficiency, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Scripting skills for automation and knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, with a deep understanding of Internet technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, etc.).
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
