Water Resources Project Manager

At Michael Baker International, we're seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Manager to lead our team in developing innovative solutions for the complete water cycle. Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers and designers working on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage infrastructure design, and transportation projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Collaborate with staff to prepare technical reports, design drawings, and calculations
  • Provide technical support during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Supervise staff, provide guidance, and handle administrative duties
  • Identify new project opportunities and prepare proposals
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
  • Preference for TxDOT project background
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Encouraged certifications: Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV-SP)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong engineering judgment
Compensation:

The compensation for this position ranges from $111,037 to $173,407, subject to factors like education and experience.
