About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neurosurgical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker NS products to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to strategically promote and sell Stryker NS products
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products
  • Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins with Regional Managers
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of our products
  • Provide excellent service and assist customers with their needs
Requirements
  • 2+ years in an applicable Sales or Marketing position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred)
  • Approximately 20% travel required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile
