About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our HouseCalls team in Prineville, OR. As a key member of our Home and Community Care team, you will provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Summary:

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough in-home evaluations, including assessments of past medical history, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exams. You will also perform evidence-based practice screenings, such as point-of-care testing, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual clinical assessments to identify and address health risks.
  • Coordinate follow-up care with patients' primary care physicians.
  • Travel up to 85% for home visits.

Requirements:

  • Active PA license or ability to obtain by start date.
  • Active national certification as a PA or ability to obtain by start date.
  • Ability to complete physical requirements of the job, including lifting a 30-pound bag and navigating various dwelling conditions.

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
