We are Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a skilled nursing community located in Oregon. We are seeking a compassionate nurse to provide quality care to our residents.

  • Supervise staff and assist the director of nursing with training and guidance.
  • Ensure resident dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and other care needs while encouraging self-care and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and review resident care plans.
  • Evaluate health emergencies and determine medical measures according to nurse scope of practice and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident documentation.
Requirements:
  • CURRENT RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in supervisory roles in healthcare.
