Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Prineville, OR for the 2024-2025 school year.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will assist an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist with providing therapy to assigned caseload at two school sites. The successful candidate will work with K-5th grade students and be responsible for general SLPA duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with providing therapy to assigned caseload under the supervision of an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Work with a diverse group of students in a dynamic educational setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
  • An Oregon SLPA License
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
