**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our HVAC & IoT Team in Frisco, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling routine preventative maintenance visits, executing work orders, and dispatching trade partners for service repairs and replacements.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver on operating and retention targets for clients by executing our company's philosophical principle of being the best in the world at what we do.
  • Manage communication and CRM account documentation, including client communication, verification of equipment performance, and needs analysis for troubleshooting and education.
  • Escalate highly technical issues, dispatch trade partners, and close-out trade partner visits.
  • Represent the company's mission externally and internally in all forms of communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely and concise delivery throughout the service experience.
  • Support accounts payable audit questions for timely billing and invoice processes.
  • Maintain a best-in-class CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability against open service cases.
  • Develop individual S.M.A.R.T. goals that tie into the department and company plan.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all ProStar and industry products/services and how to articulate the value of such products.
  • Refine client service skills via company and personal education.

**Requirements**

  • Associates degree desired; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • HVAC-related expertise required; field experience preferred.
  • Minimum three years of service or technical-related positions.
  • Demonstrate consistency in delivering against individual targets within a team.
  • Handle multiple tasks, prioritize goals, and create a sense of urgency.
  • Track record of positive, mission-oriented culture creation and growth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders through service execution.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**What We Offer**

Office-based role in Frisco, TX from 7 AM CST - 7 PM CST rotating schedule.
