Job Description

At Crete United, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HVAC & IoT Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Service Visits: Schedule routine preventative maintenance visits and execute work orders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Dispatch Trade Partners: Dispatch trade partners for service repairs and replacements, utilizing the CRM system to ensure account transparency and effective communication.
  • Client Communication: Manage client communication, including verbal and written communication, to ensure timely and concise delivery throughout the service experience.
  • Equipment Performance Verification: Verify equipment performance via systems to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Needs Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct needs analysis for troubleshooting and education to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
  • Escalation and Problem-Solving: Escalate highly technical issues as required and work with clients and trade partners to resolve complex field challenges.
  • Close-Out Trade Partner Visits: Close-out trade partner visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company's mission externally and internally in all forms of communication.
  • Manage Client Communications: Manage day-to-day client communications to ensure timely and concise delivery throughout the service experience.
  • Support Accounts Payable: Support accounts payable audit questions for timely billing and invoice processes.
  • CRM System Management: Maintain a best-in-class CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability against open service cases and utilize for weekly reporting.
  • Goal Setting and Development: Develop individual S.M.A.R.T. goals in collaboration with the Manager, HVAC & IoT - Service Delivery, that tie into the department and company plan.
  • Product Knowledge and Education: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all ProStar and industry products/services and articulate the value of such products in delivering against responsibilities.
  • Continuing Education: Refine client service skills via company and personal education.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree desired; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of service or technical-related positions.
  • Skills: HVAC-related expertise required; field experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Work Schedule: Office-based role in Frisco, TX from 7 AM CST - 7 PM CST rotating schedule.
