About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Growth Team as a Capture Manager for Federal Civilian Programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and growing our market assessment, capture, and proposal delivery capabilities in the Federal Civilian space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive win strategies to drive business growth and capture success in the Federal Civilian market.
  • Manage complex relationships with clients, teammates, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals and capture results.
  • Translate market trends and client needs into business development initiatives, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead sector-wide initiatives to institutionalize best practices and drive process improvements across top sector-level pursuits.
  • Build and represent a diverse team to create, design, and implement win strategy practices that optimize effective, competitive, and winning proposals.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience leading large or strategic capture initiatives, including Federal Civilian or DoD and IC programs.
  • Experience engaging with senior executive levels with industry and Federal Civilian government clients.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices in the Federal Civilian market space.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal Civilian information technology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission and market areas.
  • Experience with a Shipley foundation in capture or business development practices.
  • Acquisition Training Certifications.
