Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and financially-driven sales professional to join our team at Allstate. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for selling our home, auto, and life insurance products to existing clients and new customers. With our setup, coaching, and system, you will have the opportunity to earn a salary of $100,000/year or more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations to close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto sales dealers, and property managers.
  • Exceed fair and attainable production goals, mostly over the phone.

Requirements
  • Be coachable and positive.
  • Have at least 1 year of licensed P&C insurance sales experience.
  • Have a dedicated office space with a desk and office chair.
  • Have hardwired internet with at least 300mbps.
