The consultant will serve as the primary liaison between enterprise program management and information technology, ensuring the effective implementation of program management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management standards and processes in collaboration with the enterprise program management team.
  • Assess the relevance of enterprise project management methodologies within the IT sector.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration and communication.
  • Create metrics to measure standard adoption and identify opportunities for future improvements.
  • Establish a community of practice for program and project management, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, providing recommendations for process improvements and thought leadership on program management standards.
  • Manage complex technology needs, focusing on process analysis and solution recommendations.
  • Document existing processes, identify gaps, and design new processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Act as a mentor to other specialists and lead special projects related to process audits and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe Agilist certification is preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Experience with project portfolio management tools, such as Planisware.
