About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data Center Building Technologies team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the building technologies equipment strategy for the Data Center vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective go-to-market plans, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and drive product improvements.
  • Develop and communicate unique insights for improving customers' business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the building technologies equipment data center roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
  • Support the building technologies equipment sales team with product knowledge, training, and collateral development.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track performance against goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales, engineering, or business management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, MBA
  • Data Center industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across a broad audience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and execution.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and adjust approach and solution to customer needs.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through clear communication, active listening, and personalized solutions.
