About the Role

The RN ICU Team Lead is a key member of our nursing team, responsible for promoting a positive work environment and high staff morale. This role involves holding regular meetings with nursing staff to foster communication and information sharing, as well as acting as a role model in all activities within the ICU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing practice manuals and guidelines
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient health records
  • Manage the orientation and induction of new staff members
  • Identify and develop strategies to achieve work-related goals for new nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records
  • Complete quality reports and data analysis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Current CPR and/or Advanced Life Support certification
