The ICU Team Lead - RN is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for promoting a positive work environment and high staff morale in the Intensive Care Unit. This role involves holding regular meetings with nursing staff to foster communication and information sharing, as well as acting as a role model in all activities within the unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote staff engagement and motivation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members during their orientation and induction
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting
- Current CPR and/or Advanced Life Support certification
