About the Role

The ICU Team Lead is a key member of our nursing team, responsible for promoting a positive work environment and high staff morale. This role involves holding regular meetings with nursing staff to facilitate communication and information sharing, as well as acting as a role model in all activities within the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage the orientation and induction of new staff members
  • Ensure that all registered nurses understand and follow procedures for documenting health records
  • Conduct health assessments in accordance with professional and company standards
  • Maintain staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Complete quality reports and data analysis to drive improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Current CPR and/or Advanced Life Support certification
